| Research Abstract |
鶏卵中には、アレルギー炎症に関与するprostaglandin D2 (PGD2)を合成する酵素lipocalin-type prostaglandin D synthase (L-PGDS)が存在することが明らかとなっている。我々は、鶏卵中L-PGDSが卵アレルギーに関与する可能性を明らかにすることを目的に本研究を行った。本研究で、鶏卵中にはPGD2が存在することを明らかにし、鶏L-PGDSの定量法を開発し、鶏卵白中L-PGDSの定量を行った。今後、鶏卵白中のL-PGDS量を基に、卵アレルギーモデルマウスを作製し、L-PGDSの影響について明らかにする。
