Research Abstract

本研究では、導電性高分子薄膜や有機薄膜とカーボンナノチューブからなる複合薄膜の作製や配向を行うためのパターニングを行いセンサーなどデバイス応用のための基礎的な研究を行った。まずカーボンナノチューブをテルチオフェンなどのエレクトロアクティブな分子とπ-π相互作用により吸着させて溶液中に分散し、分散した複合体を用いて電解重合法による薄膜化を行い、導電性高分子-CNT複合薄膜の作製について原子間力顕微鏡(AFM)や光吸収特性、電気化学特性評価により検討を行った。
