Research Abstract

阪神・淡路大震災の事例では災害後の産業復興には顕著な遅れがみられ、事前対策の重要性が明らかになったが、大手企業へのアンケート調査では事業継続計画(BCP)を策定している企業は4割にとどまっていた。また地域産業復興の事例として、能登半島地震や四川地震、ノースリッジ地震の現地調査・資料調査を行い、仮設店舗による営業支援や日本型TIF(Tax Increment Financing)の可能性検討を行った。
