| Research Abstract |
北海道浦河町にて文化人類学的現地調査を実施し、精神障害者が人生に対してイニシアチブを持ちながら働くための要点を分析した。その結果、本人が自分の状態を具体的に述べること、対処方法を仲間とともに考え、行為化することが重要だと分かった。
働くことは生活技法を習得するプロセス(実践コミュニティ)の一部と考えられるため、その支援には練習、振り返り、対処方法の模索、行為化を保証することが重要であると推測された。
