| Research Abstract |
本研究は, 組織間関係に焦点を当てた管理会計研究として, 組織間の統合的なマネジメント・システムの解明を目的とし, そのあり方および背景要因を探求した。その具体的な成果は以下の3点にまとめられる。(1)まず, サプライヤーに対するマネジメント・システムがどのような特徴を有しているかについて, 組織間コントロールのあり方を明らかにした。(2)次に, 組織間マネジメントの問題として合弁事業を対象としたフィールド調査を実施した。(3)最後に, 組織間管理会計研究に関する学術文献について継続的な文献研究を実施した。
