Research Abstract

本研究では,パテントプールのパッケージライセンス行動とその厚生分析を分析するための基礎的な枠組みを開発した。その枠組みを用いて、いくつかのインプリケーションを得ている。第1に、パテントプールがライセンスを行う際、一括パッケージのみ提示する場合と複数のパッケージを擢示する場合、それらはどのように選択されるのかについてである。第2に、プール形成とその行動がそれぞれの主体及び全体にいかなる影響をもたらすかについてである。
