Research Abstract

職場・業務特性と精神的健康度、職務満足との関連を調べるため、質問紙調査を行った。その結果、緊急時の対応が必要な勤務体制であるほど情緒的消耗度が高いという関連が認められ、それは年齢が若いほど顕著であった。職務満足度については、男性よりも女性の方が高く、年齢による変化は見られなかった。スタッフの技能習得や臨床経験、サポート体制など、バーンアウトを防止する要因についてさらなる検討が必要である。
