Research Abstract

主目的であった多次元磁気流体計算コードの独自開発に成功した。コードはメッシュの自動細分化と並列計算へ対応しており、大型計算機を用いた高精度の多次元計算が可能となった。他のグループのコードと異なり数値粘性を導入せずに衝撃波が解けるローの方法を採用し、超新星やガンマ線バーストの爆発機構解明のための独立な結果を提供出来るようになった。また、超新星深部の元素合成の計算を行い金属欠乏星の組成と比較することにより、爆発機構と密接に関連する弱r-過程元素の合成条件を明らかにした。
