Research Abstract

本研究では、銅酸化物高温超伝導体における特異な電子対状態の直接観測を目的とした。Ca_<2-x>Na_xCuO_2Cl_2 を試料として用い、走査型トンネル顕微鏡法/分光法を用いた分光イメージングにより、キャリアドープに伴う絶縁体から超伝導体への電子相の発達過程を精密測定した。その結果、励起スペクトルにおける擬ギャップの形成と局所的な電子状態の対称性の変化に直接的な対応関係があることを見出した。
