Research Abstract

内殻励起反応を効率的に取り扱うことが可能な計算手法CV-B3LYP汎関数と組み合わせた時間依存密度汎関数理論(TDDFT)の高速化に成功し、大規模なモデルでも内殻励起状態計算が可能となった。また、そのCV-B3LYPを生体分子シチジンに適用し、分子内の局所的情報の抽出に成功した。更に、内殻励起反応の追跡には必要不可欠なエネルギー移動の解析が可能な手法(エネルギー密度解析)の開発も行った。
