Research Abstract

低コヒーレンスな軟X線光源に適用可能な新型コモンパス干渉計を提案した.大きな特徴は斜入射ビームスプリッターを縦配置し,等倍共心光学系と組み合わせているため干渉縞生成が非常に容易になることである.シミュレーションより0.1mmと大きな光源でも縞生成が可能で,実験室光源への適用を示した.光学素子の移動精度も10nm程度で縞生成可能である.また,可視光干渉計において干渉縞を生成し収差測定した.
