Research Abstract

コールドスプレー法は圧縮気体により, 数十μmオーダーの金属微粒子を加速し固相状態のまま基材に衝突させることにより皮膜を形成させる新しい技術である従来の研究により粒子が変形し付着する際の自然酸化皮膜の破壊, すなわち新生面の生成が重要な現象であると考え, 新生面生成の重要な因子である基材表面酸化皮膜が付着挙動に及ぼす影響を調査した結果, 表面酸化皮膜の存在は付着臨界速度を高くすることを明らかにした.
