Research Abstract

本研究では、Co-W-Ga、Co-W-Ta、Co-Mo-Ta、Co-Al-Ta系に特に着目し、Co_3X型最密充填構造の相安定性を調査した。これらの合金において800℃または900℃でL1_2構造のγ'相が観察された。調査温度においてはいずれも準安定であった。また、Co-W-Ga、Co-W-Ta、Co-Mo-Ta各3元系状態図を決定した。Co-W-Ta、Co-Mo-Ta合金で室温においてそれぞれ584Hv、589Hvの高い硬さが得られた。
