Research Abstract

分子動力学シミュレーションを用いて, 単層カーボンナノチューブの熱伝導特性の構造依存性を明らかにした. また, 膜材料として応用する際に重要となる周囲材料との相互作用の伝熱特性に対する影響について詳細な解析を行い, フォノンの周波数や波数に依存した界面熱抵抗のメカニズムを明らかにした. さらに, 実験において垂直配向単層カーボンナノチューブ膜の熱伝導率を計測し, バルク材料及び一本当たりとしての伝熱を評価した.
