Research Abstract |
本研究では、人工的な作製が困難なオーダーである数十~数nmサイズの微小磁性体におけるスピン角運動量移行効果を実現する事を目的として、自己組織化を利用したグラニュラー構造(非磁性金属母相中に磁性微粒子が分散した構造)におけるスピン注入効果の電気的直接検出を試みた。初年度は、Co-Cuグラニュラー膜中のCo粒子へのスピン注入、次年度は磁性微粒子を有する2 重トンネル接合におけるスピン注入を行い、それぞれスピン注入効果による抵抗変化と考えられる信号の検出に成功した。
