Research Abstract

本研究では, 製品構造を合理化することによって資源投入量や廃棄物発生量を低減する環境配慮設計手法を提案した. 本手法は, 製品のCAD モデルを入力として, そこから理論上最小となる抽象構造を抽出し, これを元に設計者が再設計を行うことによって製品構造を簡略化するというものであり, 種々の機構や接続関係を複合的に含む製品構造の単純化を可能とした. また, 提案手法を設計支援システムとして実装し, 実証実験を行った.
