Research Abstract

窒化ケイ素セラミックスは高耐熱性および高強度を兼ね備えた非酸化物セラミックスであるため, 高温構造材料として広く用いられている.しかし, 窒化ケイ素は共有結合性が非常に強く固相焼結が困難であるため, 工業的には液相焼結が発達している.本研究ではオキシナイトライドを焼結助剤として用いることにより, より低温・低圧で窒化ケイ素セラミックスを得ることを試みた.また得られた焼結体の力学および熱的特性も調査した
