Research Abstract

H19年度に実施した噴霧可視化実験結果より「アルコール噴霧の自己着火現象を支配する内部要因が理論空燃比と蒸発潜熱である」ことを基礎現象の観点から実証した。H20年度は自己着火に及ぼす外部要因の影響を調べるため、定容燃焼炉内のガス圧力および温度をパラメータとした基礎実験を行った。その結果、「アルコール噴霧の自着火現象は内部要因と外部要因に依存するが,周囲ガス圧力および温度が高くなるほど外部要因が支配的となる」ことが明らかとなり、物理学的基礎現象解明への重要な知見を得るに至った。
