Research Abstract

超短光パルスを用いた透明材料のマイクロ接合法に関して、接合メカニズムの多角的・多面的な解明を目的として、フィゾー干渉計とヘテロダイン干渉計を用いた被接合材料間隙の時系列変化を可視化し、本接合法の基盤となる知見を集積するためのシステムの構築を行った。
