| Research Abstract |
低Σ値の粒界に対する第一原理計算により, 内殻が閉殻な金属に比べて方向性の強い結合を持つものの方が安定な粒界を形成することを示した.転位とΣ3粒界の相互作用の状態遷移解析により, エネルギー障壁を定量的に示しDSC転位と粒界に垂直なステップ転位に分解して低エネルギー障壁で粒界すべりを引き起こすことがわかった. また, 離散転位法と境界要素法のマルチスケールモデルを構築しメゾスケールの変形特性の評価を行った.
