| Research Abstract |
電池型バイオリアクターの性能を左右する重要な反応のひとつである電極からU(VI)への電子移動過程について研究を行った. その結果, U(VI)と有機酸との錯形成により, 電極からU(VI)への電子移動が起こりにくくなることや, リン酸による電極表面の修飾により電極表面でのU(VI)の還元量が増加することがわかった. また, 電子伝達に関わる生体分子であるフラビンモノヌクレオチドやcytochrome c_3が電極からU(VI)-クエン酸錯体への電子移動を触媒することがわかった.
