Research Abstract

本研究では単細胞緑藻クラミドモナスを用いて藻類の時計遺伝子および葉緑体の概日リズム制御因子の網羅的同定を行った。葉緑体ゲノムに組み込んだルシフェラーゼレポーターの概日リズムを指標として「葉緑体概日リズム変異体」を多数分離し、概日時計に重要な遺伝子(時計遺伝子)や葉緑体の概日リズム制御に関わる遺伝子を同定することに成功した
