Research Abstract

昆虫において胚発生時に卵巣由来のエクジステロイドが重要な役割を果たす。本研究はこの機構で働くエクジステロイドリン酸化・脱リン酸化酵素の解析を目的として行われた。その結果、カイコ卵巣におけるエクジステロイド合成酵素(シトクロムP450酵素)およびリン酸化酵素の発現を明らかにし、エクジステロイドリン酸化・脱リン酸化酵素の立体構造、作用機構を予測した。成果は雑誌論文5件、学会発表5件により発表した。
