Research Abstract

本研究では研究室で飼育可能なアワビをモデル生物として、添加するプロバイオティクス菌にあらかじめ標識化した株を作製し、宿主の消化管における動態を解明することを目的とした。
プロバイオティクスの生菌数測定の結果、標識化された2株は投与停止後3日目または5日目まで消化管内から検出された。また、飼育水中では標識化された2株は3日目または7日目まで検出された。
