| Research Abstract |
代表的な病原糸状菌であるうどん粉病菌に対するシロイヌナズナの応答機構を明らかにすることを目的とし、二次元電気泳動により感染に特異的な変動を示すタンパク質の質量分析解析と、網羅的なショットガンプロテオーム解析を行った。その結果、感染初期に変動する22遺伝子を同定した。それらについてT-DNA挿入変異体を入手しうどん粉病菌感染実験を行うことで、耐病性に強く関与する遺伝子を特定した。また、promoter::GUSとpromoter::GFP、35s::CDsと35s::GFP-CDsのコンストラクトを作成し、野生型と変異体に導入することでそれらの遺伝子のうどん粉病菌感染時の発現組織と細胞内局在を確認する準備を進めており現在T2世代の選抜中である。
