Research Abstract

本研究は、種々の環境要因により変化する魚類の生息場選好性を表現可能な数理モデルを開発することを目的とする。その際、ハイブリッド型人工知能技術を援用し、メダカの生態学的な特徴をモデルに反映した。同モデルを用いた数値解析から、物理環境(水深、流速、遮蔽、植生)に対する生息場選好性に非線形性が存在することが明らかになった。また、生息場選好性の数理モデル化におけるファジィ理論の導入の有効性が示唆された。
