Research Abstract

動物に関係なく受精時に認められる卵内Ca^(2+)イオンの上昇, その中でも哺乳類の受精時特有な現象であるCa^(2+)反復上昇の制御に関して, 貯蔵されたCa^(2+)を放出させるイノシトール3リン酸受容体(IP_3R1)のリン酸化に焦点を当て, その結果マウス卵においてはPlk1が, ブタ卵においてはCDK1がそれぞれIP_3R1のリン酸化に重要な役割を果たしていることを初めて明らかにした.
