Research Abstract

ミトコンドリア(Mt)は様々な疾患と密接に関わっており、Mtを標的とした薬物治療が注目を集めている。これらの治療を実現するためには、Mtへ治療薬物を送達する必要があるが、有用なシステムは報告されていない。本研究では、Mtを標的とした新規送達システムを開発する事に成功し、癌細胞Mtへの薬物送達および薬理効果を確認した。本システムを用いる事で、今までは不可能であった難治性疾患の治療が期待できる。
