Research Abstract

プロスタグランジン(PG)D_2およびアデノシンA2A受容体選択的作動薬誘発性睡眠時と断眠処置後の反跳性睡眠時における脳内遺伝子発現状態をcDNAアレイを用いて網羅的に比較した。前述した全ての睡眠条件において共通に発現変化を認めた遺伝子が睡眠調節機構に重要であるという観点から検索を行った。その結果、大脳皮質ではmtl、視床下部ではbok, bzrp, mtl、前脳基底部ではceacam10,.cic-2を新規睡眠関連遺伝子として見出した。
