Research Abstract

本研究では、海綿から単離・構造決定されたテロメラーゼ阻害活性天然物ディクティオデンドリン類の合成研究を行った。その結果、ベンザインの高い反応性を利用する多置換インドリンの新規合成法を開発し、ディクティオデンドリンBの効率的全合成に成功した。さらに、ディクティオデンドリンAの世界初の全合成も達成した。本合成経路は合成終盤にさまざまな置換基を収束的に導入できることから、ディクティオデンドリン類の誘導体合成に応用可能である。
