Research Abstract |
BMP受容体の一つ、BMPRIIは、C末端領域のThr977がリン酸化酵素JNKによりリン酸化され、一方では脱リン酸化酵素Dullardにより分解の促進を受ける。本研究では、Dullardの機能とBMPRII部分欠失変異体との関係等や、Thr977がリン酸化を受けないBMPRII[T977A]変異体安定発現細胞が示す、野生型BMPRII安定発現細胞と異なる表現型についての新たな知見が得られた
