| Research Abstract |
bZIP型転写因子である小Maf群因子は, Nrf2と二量体となり, 抗酸化剤応答配列(Antioxidant response element)に結合し, 酸化ストレス応答・異物代謝系酵素群の遺伝子の転写を正に制御している. 本研究では, 小Maf群因子の一つMafGを発現するトランスジェニックマウスを作製し、小Maf群因子三重欠失マウスの表現型をレスキュー(トランスジェニック相補レスキュー)することに成功した。またMafGのSUMO化部位変異体を発現するトランスジェニックマウスに相補レスキュー解析の結果、同修飾は、MafGの個体の発生、生存には必須ではないことを明らかにした。
