Research Abstract

本研究は、MPO-ANCA関連急速進行性糸球体腎炎の発症における糸球体血管内皮細胞の役割について明らかにすることを目的とした。本研究の成果としては、1) MPO-ANCAによる糸球体血管内皮細胞の活性化に関わるターゲット分子を特定することに成功し、加えて活性化に伴う炎症性分子の発現を詳細に明らかにした。さらに、2) 量子ドットをMPO-ANCA に結合させることに成功し、その生体内分布を明らかにするための基礎検討を行った。
