Research Abstract	平成19年度に23名のケアマネジャー(介護支援専門員)に行ったインタビューを質的帰納的に分析した結果をもとに、平成20年度に「ケアマネジャーに倫理的ジレンマをもたらす要素の検討に関する調査」として質問紙を作成し全国調査を行った。その結果をSPSS(Var.17)にて因子分析した結果、ケアマネジャーに専門的行為の抑制をもたらすモラルディストレスの要因は4因子、モラルディストレスの反応は5因子で構成されていた。
