Research Abstract

エルビウム・ヤグ(Er : YAG)レーザーを骨芽細胞に照射することにより、形態の著しい変化を伴わず、増殖が促進される傾向が示された。歯根膜細胞はheterogenousであり、骨芽細胞様の細胞も含んでいるため、これまでの骨芽細胞への様々な低出力レーザー照射の効果と同様に、歯根膜細胞の石灰化が促進されることが推測された。
また、従来用いられていなかった高パルスによる照射の効果の検証において、イヌを用いた実験により安全性が確認された。
