Research Abstract

ラット脾臓内CD4+CD8+マクロファージを用いて、数種類の腫瘍細胞に対する細胞傷害活性を検討し、またそのメカニズムを解析したところ、NK細胞と同様に、活性型NKレセプター(NKRP2)を介して腫瘍細胞表面上のRAET1分子を認識し、granzymeやperforinなどの細胞傷害因子を分泌することで、抗腫瘍細胞傷害活性を示すことが明らかとなった。
