Research Abstract

ケモカインの果たす腎再生への役割を明らかにする目的で, 腎虚血再還流モデルに, 抗IP-10中和抗体投与した検討を行ったところ, 尿細管上皮細胞増殖は抗IP-10 中和抗体投により促進されたことから, IP-10 が尿細管細胞の増殖に対して抑制的に働いている事が示唆された. また培養尿細管上皮細胞による検討でも抗IP-10 中和抗体は細胞増殖に促進的に作用した. 以上よりIP-10 が腎再生に関与している事が示唆された.
一方, 腎原基腹膜移植の研究も順調に進み, 腎原基の取り出しのタイミングと, 腹膜および腸間膜への投与方法が確立した. 腹腔内で成長した腎原基は水腎症を呈する事から, 尿管の処理が本治療法の重要なポイントである事が判明した.
