Research Abstract

口腔扁平上皮癌における白金製剤の細胞内輸送能とその感受性との関連を調べることを目的に、がん浸潤様式(山本・小浜分類の由来)の由来が明確な口腔扁平上皮癌8種および病理組織切片を用いて実験に供した。In vivo における高度浸潤癌ではATP7B 発現が強く、予後不良であり、in vitro ではATP7B 発現がCDDP 排出により細胞内CDDP 蓄積量を減少させ、CDDP 抵抗性に関与していることが示唆された。
