Research Abstract	エストロゲンレセプター発現唾液腺癌由来細胞株は、エストロゲン処理により細胞増殖が亢進することが明らかとなった。そのため、エストロゲンレセプターの拮抗剤であるタモキシフェンにより、細胞増殖の抑制が期待される。また、耳下腺、顎下腺、舌下腺および口唇線、舌腺、口蓋腺といった小唾液腺の正常唾液腺組織および腺様嚢胞癌、粘表皮癌などの唾液腺癌組織のエストロゲンレセプター発現頻度は多くないと考えられた。
