Research Abstract |
ブレオマイシン(BLM)誘導性肺線維症モデルを用いて、SCGB3A2が肺線維症を改善することを明らかにし、その作用機序の解明を試みた。マイクロアレイによる遺伝子発現プロファイリングによりSCGB3A2がプロコラーゲン遺伝子群の発現を抑制することを明らかにした。このとき、サイトカインシグナル遺伝子発現が亢進することも明らかになった。
