Research Abstract |
パルミチン酸とGPCR細胞内ループ領域ペプチドのハイブリッド分子であるペプデューシンの膜透過機構の解明をめざした分子プローブの設計、合成および評価を行った。光切断とFRET蛍光クエンチングシステムを組み込んだモデルペプチドは、光照射による結合切断により、任意のタイミングで蛍光を復活させることができ、ペプデューシンの膜透過機構の解明に向けた有用なツールとなることが明らかとなった。
