Research Abstract

inv mouseにおける胆管発生異常とくに肝内胆管の発生異常、そしてその結果としてのDPMが閉塞性黄疸を来すメカニズムを追究することを目的とし、inv homozygote mouseを作成し、ductal plate malformationと閉塞性黄疸の関連性について、胆管およびその周囲の炎症、組織形態学的変化について、正常核型(野生型)を対照として検討を行った。
