Research Abstract

母体のインスリン感受性・抗炎症サイトカインであるアディポネクチン(Adn)が、絨毛細胞の浸潤に影響を及ぼしていることから妊娠糖尿病など低Adn血症の妊婦の高い流産率や子宮内胎児死亡の原因となっている可能性や、妊娠高血圧症での高Adn血症は胎盤に対し保護的に働くものの、プロテアーゼ産生低下については代償できないことなど、これまで不明であった妊娠中のいくつかの悲劇的な合併症の病態の一環が明らかになった。
