Research Abstract	先天性心疾患をもつ子どもの身体のコントロール感の獲得過程の特徴を明らかにすることを目的に10~17歳の子どもにインタビューし質的に分析した。先天性心疾患をもつ子どもは、身体の〔調整力の発揮〕に至るために、自分の<身体のサインの把握><身体情報の開示><仲間の了解><同化への使命感><可能性への期待><強みの確認><身体未来の予測>をしながら、《準備状態》を整えていた。これらは、身体を<探索する><整える><守る><試す><経験を活用する>段階へと変化していた。
