Research Abstract

病原細菌であるAeromonas sobriaが産生するセリンプロテアーゼ(ASP)の成熟化機構について研究を行った。ASPの成熟化にはシャペロン蛋白質(ORF2)との相互作用が必要である。本研究ではORF2との相互作用に必要なASPの領域を種々の変異遺伝子を作製して解析した。その結果、ASPのカルボキシ末端519~591番目の領域がORF2との相互作用に重要である事を明らかにした。
