| Research Abstract |
遺族訪問における訪問看護師の役割を検討するために、訪問看護師から遺族訪問を受けた17名の遺族に半構成的面接を行い、体験を質的帰納的に分析した。結果、遺族は遺族訪問について【訪問看護師との人としてのつながりの再認識】、【心の安定化】、【介護生活への区切り】、【これからの生活へ前向きに臨む気持ちの獲得】という意味づけを行っており、遺族訪問を行う訪問看護師には死別後の遺族の心の整理を促しこれからの生活への橋渡しをする役割があると考察された。
