| Research Abstract |
ラットを出血させてショック状態とし,その肺を観察した。すると出血の5時間後には肺障害が生じていて,肺における炎症反応がその原因と考えられた。また,炎症反応の際に増加する好中球という白血球の一種が肺の中で有意に増加していたので,実際の出血性ショック死例の肺を調べたところ他の死因よりも有意に好中球が増加していた。このことから肺での好中球の増加は,出血性ショックの診断マーカーになる可能性が考えられた。
