| Research Abstract |
The outline of the research done over five years is as follows.
(1) The focus was united with Jingdezhen kilns in Jiangxi Sheng about production of the Chinese ceramics. Furthermore, research which collects the fundamental data of China and a Japanese excavation was done about Yuan blue and white porcelain.
(2) About Yuan blue and white porcelain in the China excavation, it limited to the data by archaeological investigation. Consequently, we checked 66 ruins and arranged including its excavation situation, remains, epitaph, etc. We published the report "The Data Collection of excavation Yuan blue and white porcelain from China" (by the Japanese and the Chinese are written together).
(3) The ruins of Yuan blue and white porcelain in the Japanese excavation are the whole country, and there are the 28 ruins. There were many ruins of old Ryukyu overwhelmingly, and we took a photograph by surveying about 1,500 or more fragments. Moreover, about the archaeological finds of Kyushu and Honshu, we investigated the all fragments and published the report "The date collection of Yuan blue and white porcelain from Japan".
(4) In order to explore the situation that the Chinese ceramics are distributed globally, we investigated ceramics in Italy and checked celadon dishes as which the age in the 15th century is filled in the storage data of the Medicee family.
(5) Investigation about the Chinese ceramics excavated from Japan was conducted at the Okinawa Kume island Hatenao beach and the Ishigaki island submarine ruins. Moreover, it investigated about three places of Hiraizumi, Kamakura and Heiankyo which is important ruins, and we published three reports respectively.
