Outline of Research at the Start

Throughout this international cooperation, we will carry out the study on fault-tolerant control of demagnetization for a permanent magnet synchronous motor as follows:
(1) Propose a fault diagnosis method for permanent magnet demagnetization;
(2) Devise an adaptive sliding-mode observer to reconstruct a demagnetization fault;
(3) Present an integrated fault tolerant control method for PM demagnetization.

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

永久磁石同期モーターにおいて,高温や高速または固定子短絡により減磁が生じ,界磁の異常を引き起こす。界磁異常はモーターの運転に支障をきたすだけでなく,モーターに機械的な損傷をもたらすため,減磁故障を素早く検出し,故障許容制御を行うことは重要である。2020年度は,以下のように研究を行った。
(1) 永久磁石同期機駆動系における磁場消失の故障診断と耐故障制御について,等価入力外乱手法に基づく耐故障制御システムの構造を検討し,この手法は,従来のPID制御方法より優れた制御性能を持ち,パラメータ変動に対してシステムのロバスト性も強いことが分かった。
(2) Super-twisting algorithmとルインバーガー・オブザーバーとを融合した新しい制御法を6相永久磁石同期機に応用し,,従来のオブザーバー振動が有効に抑えられることがわかった。
(3) スライディングモード制御に振動問題が存在している。この問題を解決するために,以下のように検討した: 3-1) 高速非特異終端スライディングモード制御(NFTSMO)と分数次位相ロックループ(FO-PLL)による速度センサレスの制御手法を提案した。 3-2) ゲイン可変スライディングモード制御手法を提案し,振動が有効に抑えられ,さらに,理論の立場からその手法の正しさを証明した。 3-3) 有限集合による電流予測制御とスライドモード制御を組み合わせた手法を提案し,13th Int. Conf. Human System Interaction(HSI) で発表し,車両システムとアシスト運転分野の最優秀論文に入賞した。
