Outline of Research at the Start

This research project aims to continuously evaluate the integration of Community Based Reconstruction in the rebuilding of Minamisanriku, Japan. With the Extended Case Method for continued revisits to the sites can realize a longitudinal approach to an ethnographic description of the situation. These periodic trips will deepen the record of the large-scale reconstruction currently taking place for preparation of future disaster.
